The issue continues to be investigated, we've rerouted the traffic that we can, some services will be restored but the fault is still outstanding.

We are seeing performance issues at our DC5 data centre again this morning. This will be impacting hosting customers on the shared platform, dedicated servers and VPS. We will work to restore normal service levels as quickly as possible. Apologies for any disruption this may cause.
